Freshness Preserved

From the fields and orchards of the Pacific Northwest, Truitt Brothers harvests and packs the season’s ripest and tastiest fruits and vegetables for year-round enjoyment. Our line of premium canned beans and fruits are stocked by grocery stores throughout the United States, appealing to the growing legion of consumers interested in U.S. grown products that are certified-sustainable and traceable to the field and farmer.
Additionally we have responded to advances in food processing and packaging, embracing modern, eco-friendly pouch processing, introducing two all natural chili products and certified sustainable cranberries. These unique pouches are thermally sterilized using a process similar to canning, but this method allows for a much shorter cooking time than traditional jarred or canned food, ensuring that the food is nutritious and safe without sacrificing flavor. We have also introduced a new option for our popular bean items in earth-friendly Tetra Pak cartons. Just like with our canned products, these products do not need additives or preservatives to extend shelf life.
Preserving Quality
We carefully select the farmers who grow our Food Alliance-certified line of fruits and vegetables. Bartlett pears from the Columbia River Region, Blue Lake green beans from Oregon’s Willamette Valley, and black, garbanzo, kidney, navy and pinto beans from Central Washington State, are all picked and preserved at their peak to provide consumers with simple, delicious, highly nutritional food in a convenient, easily recyclable package.
Our products are also available in #10 size food service friendly cans for preparing fresh grab-and-go items, like fresh hummus, bean dips and three-bean salads, for the deli-case.
