Bruce started out as a production line worker at Truitt Bros. nearly 40 years ago. Working with customers from Asia, Europe, India and South America expanded his appreciation for world cultures and culinary passions.
Today, he works with a cross-disciplinary team to advance the stovetop and laboratory food concepts developed by Truitt’s culinary team. “We find solutions,” Bruce proudly states. “I love helping people understand both the simplicity and the intricacy of how industrial food preparation takes place. Plus, I simply love cooking and great food!”
As a trained musician, he sang classical choral literature for 20 years, as well as decades of church music. Bruce enjoys photography, traveling and spending time with his wife, children and two grandchildren.
